Trying to imagine what could work in the new meta based on cards that remain, and I came up with this riff on Hybrid Hunter. It’s similar to the Hybrid Hunter we know from the Rastakhan meta, but without Spellstone and Rexxar it needed a new win condition. So the basic idea I came up with was a token build, where you either sacrifice the tokens you get from Halazzi/Unleash the Hounds/Springpaw to feed a big Hyena or you combo them with Tundra Rhino/Timber Wolf for burst.

The secret package protects you from aggro, generates more tokens, and screws with your opponent’s game plan (failing to account for Rat Trap can be devastating). Zul’jin is can either revive your secrets against aggro or give you a final push against control. Subject 9 and Master’s Call allows you to draw through your deck alarmingly quickly to get your threats, one of the key virtues of a hybrid approach over a no-secrets midrange approach.

Obviously this is heavily dependent on what’s in the new expansion. More likely than not, some of these cards would be swapped out for new ones (looking at you, tech choices like Ironbeak Owl). But this shows that, based on what’s staying in standard, a hybrid approach to Hunter has the basic tools to be viable post-rotation.
