Rastakhan’s Heal / Divine Shield Paladin

Mulligan:

ALWAYS KEEP:  Thekal, Righteous Protector, Spellstone, Ghoul, Kangor

Conditional Keep: Crystallizer (If no Thekal), Knight (If Bolvar), Bolvar (If knight)

Combos:

Kangor +  Flash of Light for a quick 8 heal 

Fireblood + Knight +Djinn + Light’s Sorrow for a heal / Divine shield / Atk engine

Ghoul + Truesilver for board control on 4

Time out + Thekal (MAYBE) for free armor (assuming he takes your health by damage and not set = to)

Time out + Crystallizer for free 5 armor

Strat: 

Start off quickly with Righteous Protector and maintain board control using Truesilver + 3 drops. Set up your engine of Glass Knight / Bolvar / Djinn ASAP and use Knight and other minions to clear board while going face with progressively larger Bolvars and constantly shielded Knight. If you can, drop one or two taunts around these cards to cover them from aggro decks (Odd pally / Zoolock / (Possibly discard warlock if that becomes a thing). 

Weaknesses:

AOE: Glass knight will die ezpz if an aggro deck can pop your shield and then your opponent has AOE, shutting down your engine. 

Massive amounts of taunt: If Glass can’t keep the enemy board clean then bolvar won’t be able to go face consistently.

Lots of Big Bois: You don’t have much removal, so unless they’re dumb and go face you’re gonna have to rely on                               trading and that may not go well. 

Tips against:

Odd Warrior: Keep their armor down. Reckless flurry is scary aF

Druid: Beware spreading plague. Keep your board thin but effective (Ideally 2 Djinns, Glass, and Bolvar).

 Even Shaman: KEEP THAT BOARD CLEAN. Most of the minions in even are low health so you should be able to clean                            with knight. Beware Eels, they can pop your divine shield and then kill knight. 

Resurrect Priest: Channel your inner Smorc. Go face ALL the time. Force them to trade. Lots of big bois coming back is                                bad news for you. 

Evenlock: Treat them as aggro. 

Odd Pally: Treat them as aggro.

Even Pally: This should be a GREAT matchup. Even pally relies on heal to function. Buffs your Bolvar for you. 

Mirror: Kill their Bolvar ASAP. DO NOT LET IT BUILD. 

Deathrattle Hunter: Clear their eggs and trade to keep board clean at all costs. Hide behind taunts. Buffing bolvar to                       smorc is key because they can’t heal. 

Tempo Elemental Mage: Bait AOE if you can.
