i had a deck similar to this last season i used to wreck n00bs in casual. it was basically an astral communion deck that evolved into a natural ramp druid. the deck consisted mostly of taunts to help better protect against rush decks. the goal of the deck was to get to 5/6 mana as fast as possible and then start dropping bombs. it used the Aviana/Kun/Yshraaj shenanigans. fun stuff.

This deck is good against mid to slow decks. But it sucks against quest rogue, quest mage, and other very fast decks like quest shaman and zoo lock. And because there are so many of those right now, you will have a very hard time getting above rank 12-13 with this deck. Believe me, I’ve tried.

Just went 8-3 with this Deck.
Losses were pretty much due to bad opening hands/mulligans

How do you beat quest rogue with this deck? I cannot seem to do it when they all are completing their quest on turns 3 and 4

      Swipe.

0-7, never drew swipe. Because it has no card draw. Or early game to survive. Worst deck posted here atm.

So it sounds like you were either mulliganing poorly, got poor RNG, or maybe this deck just doesn’t play to your stengths as a player. I will admit that the deck I am running isn’t the exact same as this (swapped out a card or two) but it’s very close, and I haven’t had the same problems as you.

In order to beat quest rogue, you need to pressure their health early and force them into circumstances where it’s very difficult to play a 5 mana spell. Sometimes the stars will line up for them and there’s nothing you can really do. Conversely, they have a very hard time beating you if the stars line up in your game plan.

You have to be very aggressive with your mulligans.

This deck is unreal! Because of ramping, it is Aggro as well as Control! Please try it too!!!

Ramp has and will always be a mid range style. When you ramp you sacrifice tempo to get to your mid game threats faster. This is neither aggro nor control.
