General Mulligans
Against combo and control decks decks, trying to get a few pieces of the puzzle to start with is usually fine. But keep in mind you'll be in a constant battle against overdrawing and burning cards versus both combo and control, so to many pieces and you might not be able to dump anything.
Against aggro you're generally looking for heavy plate + herald or a rancor, or all three. turn 4 Herald into turn 5 armor up + heavy plate + shield shatter will often swing the game back in your favor.
The FIAV warrior OTK combo, but instead of going with the more typical control approach, this goes for a faster approach, instead trying to draw your entire deck as quickly as possible with minions and cards that just replaces themselves or draws you cards.
Struggles against aggressive decks if you fail to get an early heavy plate + shield shatter. Has an even harder time against pirate warrior. So if that’s all you’re facing, this deck won’t make you climb.
The deck can certainly be refined, Corsair Cache might be better to replace with Claw Machine for more removal (But Claw Machine would interfere with Taelen, so it’s up in the air at the moment.)
