Mulligans

General Mulligans

These are the cards that will help you survive early game and draw into your finishers.

This deck focuses heavily on elemental synergy, and is extremely flexible. You can turn this deck into a control shaman deck if you need to by adding solid 1drops like firefly to activate synergies, instead of healing and the lightning bolts.

     How To Use this deck

1.) collect synergy pieces in the early game.             2).) survive until 5 mana so you can start dropping your big elemental ( make sure you activate them with fire plume or tar creeper).                                   3.) Take control of the board with your blazecallers and fire elemental then secure it with stone sentinels.                                                               4.) Use blood lust to finish of the opponent (kalimos can be used as a finisher or a board clear, and if you really need to a heal)

5.) if you can’t take control of the board and take lots of damage use your healing to get back into the game.

Ify Cards that you can change

Earth shock: earth shock was put into the deck to counter void lock and it’s deathrattles.

Lightning bolt: lightning bolt is used to to survive early game and take out pescky minions or if you have to a finisher

Tar Creeper: this is also to help you survive early game

Key cards: Kalimos ( a flexible overall great card )

Bood lust: the final finisher to win the game

blaze caller: helps clear the board so you can take late game control.

Mana tide: a card who’s survival is key so you can draw your synergies ( this deck is also very slow so it helps)

Good cards that can help this deck.

Firefly: helps with early game presence and can activate synergies.

Fire plume Phoenix: activates synergies and gets rid of lower cost enemy minions.

Hot spring guardian: activates synergies and helps survive early game

Tidal wave: healing and board clear

Conclusion

This deck is incredible, it has been my main deck to get to ledgend 3 times. It’s can completely control a game or make sick comebacks, and is effective against voidlock. Finally it is fun because it does have that flexibility you can change it to be your own or just comeback from 26-1 health defasite to get you to ledgend you’re first time,

What about Grumble, Worldshaker? It could interact very well with Blazecaller, Fire Elemental and Specially Kalimos (12 face damage or any combination of 2 invocations), in case you don’t have Bloodlust in your hand and/or need to clear the board from taunts first.

Grumble Worldshaker is also interesting indeed. I would also remove at least one Earth Shock and Stone Sentinel because these cards are a little weak. Fire Plume Harbinger is honestly bad and are not so useful compared to a Firefly which can trigger elemental synergies easily and provides a good early board. Hallazeal is good but you should add Volcano because it will quickly become a dead card if you don’t have more AoE. For the same reason as Hallazeal, you should add Firefly and other early minions if you expect playing Bloodlust (in such deck I would only run one copy by the way). You can also add the turn 3 elemental which heals a character, it’s a very good card on my opinion ! These are only advices, feel free to play the deck you want but my suggestions are made in order to help you building a stronger deck 🙂

I agree with your comments! I’ve had difficult getting value from earthshock and Hallazeal. They seem too situational. I’ve been trying to work a similar deck usig Mumuring Elemental, Grumble and Kalimos to deal 4x the damage from invocation of fire. Moreover if you are lucky enough to get a seccond Grumble from Servant of Kalimos you get an sort of exodia effect.

I feel in general that this aggro meta and lack of creativity have pushed Elemental Shaman aside, but is a concept that could work very well. No necessary need for jades.

Don’t give up, playing fringe decks like I always did is way better than playing meta decks because this is the way you can have a lot of fun, I would like to show you the version of your deck I currently play but my deck builder was blocked for no reason. I found it really good having a silence but Spellbreaker may be way stronger than Earth Shock. I also run Murmuring Elemental because it provides excellent value with Kalimos and Servant of Kalimos. I also tried a version with Keleseth and Al’Akir which was also ok but Maelstrom Portal seems too important especially for Aggro Rogue and Paladin. Whatever, I had a positive winrate (not so huge but still good) so don’t give up on this deck, it works 🙂
