General Mulligans
I would mulligan these two cards simply because they cannot be used until rounds 7 and 8. Otherwise, I would keep and other cards dealt.
The goal of this deck is to immobilize your enemy in the short game, clear the board in the mid-game, and then reek havoc with massive minions in the long game. Use Elemental Evocation and Mana Cyclone to replenish your spells and increase your hand’s card count. Then, by turn seven, unleash Astromancer with 10 cards in your hand. Turn 8, unleash Power of Creation. In the meantime, keep an eye out for an opportunity to play a combination of Mountain Giant, Khadgar, and Conjurer’s Calling.
