General Mulligans
This is basically what you go for every game. Maybe against Warrior, Hunter, and/or Paladin, keep Ooze.Short Description: (I might write more later)
A deck that I’ve been dicking around with at Rank 5. I’d seen a ton of Evolve Shamans, and because of the wonderful rank floors, I decided to build a Warlock deck with almost all tech cards. This was initially meant to target Evolve Shaman, so Hungry Crabs to eat up Murlocs from enemy Primalfin Totems, Golakka Crawlers to eat up Bloodsail Corsairs or Patches the Pirates, and a ton of AOE to kill the board up. Sea Giant s often get slapped down for 4 or less, which are followed up with AOE to clear and leave an 8 attack creature onboard. Same goes for Cult Apothecary , nothing better than a heal for 10-14 and then Flamestrike for 9 mana. There is also plenty of weapon destruction, Taunts, and refill via The Curator and Coldlight Oracles.
Additional possible tech cards:
Lord Jaraxxus: If you want more heal or stuff against control, use at your own risk. Extra 6/6’s are good targets for Shadowflame, obviously, and if you want more Taunt support, think about using Sunfury Protector. Defender of Argus is already present anyway at 2 copies.
Earthen Ring Farseer: In my original list, I had a copy of Farseer and Jaraxxus in place of Spellbreaker and Gluttonous Ooze in this list. Once again, this was supposed to hit Shaman, but adding Spellbreaker and Gluttonous Ooze helps against Paladin due to the ability to shut down Spikeridged Steed and Tirion Fordring.
Mortal Coil: I never thought of adding Coils into the list, because I liked The Curator to pick up Primordial Drakes/Alexstrasza, and some Coldlight Oracles. The Oracles also help to overdraw my greedy opponents and serve as refill post Jaraxxus since you surrender the Warlock hero power to draw cards.
Additional Notes:
–Acidic Swamp Ooze and Gluttonous Ooze are fairly interchangable.
-You can swap Tar Creeper and Earthen Ring Farseer as well. Play two copies of either, or one copy of each.
-More tech cards and tools against Aggro: Acidic Swamp Ooze, Tar Creeper. Elemental package of Fire Fly x2, second Tar Creeper, and one or two copies of Tol'vir Stoneshaper. Some of these can be substituted for Elise the Trailblazer, Spellbreaker, and a Coldlight Oracle.
–Alexstrasza and Lord Jaraxxus are interchangable, but choose based on your meta. If you see more control, Jaraxxus is better, but putting both in is also a viable option.
