You basically always want a Doomsayer and Lightning Storm in this meta...

And I would say you want to keep a Spellstone if you can manage... because getting at least one of them beefed up to multiple copies is pretty key.

Since using a Lightwarden is really just an alternate condition, you can usually use a Healing Rain to just stay alive longer if needed.

Keeping a Sandbinder isn't always bad either, because playing Earth Elemental on turn 5 is great, or just getting to your Giants...

This is fun.

You are basically just playing Control (concede) type of Shaman style and waiting to make copies of the big boys. Lightwarden is included as an alternate win condition, as it hides well behind Drakkari Defender and/or Earth Elemental.

The holy grail is being able to play Ancestral Spirit on one of the big targets, and then being able to make copies of THAT afterwards. Al’Akir is expensive, but is a great target for the Spellstone if you can pull it off. And even being able to use Ancestral Spirit on it is nice, to clear something and follow it up with another 2 attacks…
