Counterfeit Coin and Preparation are for activating the Combos, Necrium Blade is a good turn 3 play and it's interesting to keep it equiped, Elven Minstrel and Necrium Apothecary are card draw for your main cards and Anka, the Buried basically makes your combos work better.
Replacements: Shadowstep, Cavern Shinyfinder, Augmented Elekk, Walk the Plank.
