Always hard-mulligan for your 1-cost pirates (Filletfighter, Southsea Deckhand, Buccaneer), your weapon (Swordfish), and your weapon draw (Cavern Shinyfinder).

Your weapon gives you insane value, since it becomes a 4/3 as long as you choose a pirate, giving you a free 12 face damage most of the time. Dread Corsair, Frenzied Felwing, and Parachute Brigand are good mana cheats, while Ship's Cannon and Pufferfist let you take back board control if needed. Secret Passage, Cutlass Courier, and Cutting Class give you card draw, and Mr. Smite lets you close out games.
