This is the alternative version for my previous “Overload Shaman” deck list : http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/overload-shaman-guide-included/
Based on recommendations in the comments, I tried to build a deck with the same basis, reinforced by elementals, which are particularly strong for shaman. The list is pretty similar, just some modifications to make it more “elemental-friendly” :
– Hot Spring Guardian comes as a reinforcement of Healing Rain and fits well in the curve (good against aggro and it’s an elemental).
– Earthen Might comes as a replacement for to add some more value for elemental synergies, and a small buff like this is welcome on Earth Elemental, Tar Creeper and of course it can be used on Snowfury Giant before you multiply it with the spellstone !
– Kalimos, Primal Lord was added because it’s just great in any elemental deck, nothing really surprising here, it’s welcome in the deck for its versatility (you can heal yourself, deal some damage to the face, clean a board or build one for you).
This version is more hybrid compared to the original which is completely oriented on the overload. This one is safer because even if you don’t have the overload cards in hand, you can still get the board and have some good synergies with elementals.
Not bad in theory, I’m still not convinced by double ancestral and double echo. You might want to choose one based on whether you want battlecries or not. Especially playing Agatha you have a chance of getting one extra or the one you dont include.
IMO healing rain is essential, I would include it, along with a 2nd crushing hand (vs T4 Warlock giants), cuts could be on your T3 taunts, you have 5 that’s a lot, drakkary defender could be removed since you have earth elemental for the overload synergy and overloading 3 on T3 means you have nothing to play on T4, that’s a punishing blank turn against aggro which I believe the cars is leanr to counter.
