Cool that it pushes Burgle Rogue, but sad that the quest reward isn’t more fun. All the other quests have cool, value-based rewards that push certain archetypes. This reward is just like…you get a weapon. And it’s good for killing minions and stuff.

Just as easy to under-hype them, or to hype them a generally reasonable amount. The fact is, nobody (not you, not streamers, definitely not Blizzard) knows for sure what’ll be good or not until after the expansion launches

Don’t forget — if your opponent ISN’T putting enough pressure, you can drop a 6/6 Divine Shield Windfury that they have to somehow deal with or promptly get smorked to death

Basically just a worse Ancestral Spirit. So, I guess I predict it’ll be as good as Ancestral Spirit is. Except, like, worse.

I mean she doesn’t look that strong regardless, but still.

MTG core sets don’t punish new players because new players all play casually—when you’re playing against one of your friends at lunch, it’s pretty rare that you go through your opponents deck to make sure they don’t have any “illegal” cards.
Also, MTG has a “Wild” format that’s actually balanced. Notice how neither Barnes nor Darkest Hour got nerfed? Yeah. I did too.

I’m actually okay with this card in Wild, provided they NERF !@$&#% BARNES.
