Every deck that obtains a 50.5%+ win rate can reach legend eventually (it takes significantly longer the closer you are to 50%, and lower than that percentage would take thousands of games), but certain decks are far more capable of this than others. Yep, any time a Totem is “summoned” it counts.

I’d be surprised if it didn’t. Shaman Hero Power reads: “Summon a random Totem.”
