Rexx has the ability to single-handedly win some control matchups just by out valuing the opponent.
Is it worth to craft rexxar now? Isn’t zul enough?
Rexxar is basically a must have because it makes it possible for you to out value your opponent in the late game and in most control matchups Rexxar is a huge win condition and also it will be over 4 months until Rexxar becomes a wild card.
