Always Keep the quest. I would say the ideal other cards would be huge toad and dark cultist. Keep the shade if you go second just so that you can use it on turn two to start ramping up the card.Kel'Thuzad This is my quest priest, i would say it has a 30% or more win rate. I crafted this deck throughout the years, and I think this is the best it can get. For now. Nefarian is probably not necessary, but i like this card a lot so i included it. Feel free to replace him.
