This deck uses cards like Gadgetzan ferryman, shadow step, and youthful brewmaster in order to complete quest. After the quest is complete cards like moroes and violet teacher will constantly be spawning 5/5s. The wisps are in this deck for after you complete the quest because they are basically free 5/5s. This deck is all thanks to Dog the pro hearthstone player.

Even if you consider that the 0 mana 1/1 is good, you better put the murloc instead of the wisp, because the swashburglar can give you a card that interacts with the “murloc” type.
I like the boars with charge. Cost 1 more than a wisp but theres a helluva lot more you can do with 2 5/5 charge than 2 vanilla 5/5. Just the fact that you have 6 cards that can return them to your hand justifies taking them over the wisp.
