This is the popular Aggro Pirate Warrior list, but with a very important inclusion; the never used and forgotten Mana Wraith!

Have you played Pirate Warrior and found yourself needing one more turn to finish that Reno Lock? Do not pray anymore because Mana Wraith is the answer! It gives you that extra turn you need before Reno lands on the table and ruins your day.

Mana Wraith is also very useful to screw up a shaman’s entire plans of playing around overload. I’ve been in situations where shamans overload themselves and leave 2 mana open for next turn planning on playing a Totem Golem. I would really like to see their faces when I’ve played Mana Wraith on these type of situations. Makes them aside of falling behind 1 turn, use something like Lightning Bolt to kill it and overloading themselves again for the next turn. I remember also once when I played Mana Wraith when a shaman was planning on having 4 mana ready for next turn (obviously for Flamewreathed Faceless), and he just put a totem on that turn and had to wait 1 more turn to play it because of it.

Even for other matchups it is not a waste. I’ve played against other Pirate Warriors and if Mana Wraith is played correctly, it screws up the other warriors plans, and in the worst case, it takes a swing of his weapon or trades with something on the board.

In other matchups just try to play it strategically and study what you are up against and try to guess what they are gonna play on their next turns depending what deck they are using.

Hope you really enjoy this new Pirate Warrior strategy and please comment if you have any suggestions.

Thanks!

Oh god this is hilarious! Nice addition to the deck. Makes playing more interesting also, as Pirate Warrior is (imo) really boring deck to play and play against.
5/5 would friend an opponent after loosing to this.

Happy you like it. I feel the same way as you, including Mana Wraith in Pirate Warrior makes you play with more strategy, and it feels great when it pays off. Thanks for the comment!

Who would have thought Mana Wraiths would be put to good use haha. So funny when opponents do nothing next turn you play them. Nice deck here, good work

That’s the intention. I think since the launch of Hearthstone I had never seen a deck with Mana Wraiths. Feels great to be able to put a card that nobody has used to good use. Thanks for the comment!

Really good! The Mana Wraith works even in other matchups. Surprises every opponent, they don’t expect it.
