it is just a meme :(

vs. aggro: Backstab + Eviscerate the early game and then stabilize with Khartut Defender/Deranged Doctor.

vs. control: Shadow of Death on Cairne Bloodhoof, or literally most things and then cycle into the shadows for super tempo/value and win.

Anubisath Warbringer would be nice to fit in, as would a second Necrium Vial/Shadowstep. Obvious things to cut are Jepetto Joybuzz, and Deranged Doctor if it turns out that much healing isn't necessary.

1 Shadow of Death may be enough, but it is a big part of your win condition vs. control.
