General Mulligans
Hard mulligan for draw engines and Violet Spellwing or Chenvaala.
The goal is to have heavy draw engine with Arcane Intellect, Research Project, and the new Elemental Allies, allowing a quicker and fuller hand of cheap spells. Pair this with Chenvaala and Learn Draconic to create a early, large board. Includes lots of cheap spell generation in Magic Trick, Ray of Frost, Mana Cyclone, the new Violet Spellwing, and Raid the Sky Temple if the game gets late enough. Elemental Evocation is there to help cheat Chenvaala out as early as possible.
