General Mulligans
Dark Pact is good with cube and is a way to help stabilize against aggressive decks. Kobold librarian is good to get on the board because it is a 1 mana hero power plus a 2/1 minion. Mortal coil is good against hunter and paladin mostly because of their early 1 hp minions. Plated beetle is good because of its ability to have give armor giving you more room to hero power for cards. Tar creeper is a 100% keep but only keep one because against super aggressive match ups the tar creeper can stop a large amount of early minions. Hellfire like I said earlier is a great tool for board clear. Hellfire can also charge your lesser amethyst spell stone. Lesser amethyst spellstone is good to keep just because of the fact that you can have it charge up with librarians and hellfires. I wouldn't keep more than one spellstone. Skull of the man'ari is just a personal choice. I personally always draw my demon a lot so I keep it so I can cheat them out early.
Created this deck because I am on a budget. Seems to be working so far but haven’t played enough games with it to call it “op” by any means. I don’t have enough money for umbra or death night gul’dan so if your demons die they are dead for good. Doom caller against spiteful summoner is good. Beetle is good for early along with kobold librarian. Tar creeper is great for early defense. Against paladin I usually keep hellfire in case they try to overrun me with murlocs/silver hand recruits. Things to cube are voidlord, doomgaurd, and mountain giant. All I can think of to say right now.
