Budget Untapped Potential Midrange Druid

I want to start off by saying I am not an expert here. This is a deck made from the cards I had/could afford with my 400 dust at the time. Since I originally created this deck, I've updated it many times and it has gone through much trial and error. There is a lot of room for things to change here based on what you can afford and what works for you.

The essentials:

1. Untapped Potential - This is kind of the card that the deck is built around. Without it this deck is probably worthless.
2. Oasis Surger - This card becomes fairy powerful after you've completed Untapped Potential . It can be especially helpful paired with Gloop Sprayer when you're in a bind and need to get rid of some enemy minions quick.
3. Power of the Wild - The card, when you have the Ossirian Tear, will summon the Panther before giving your minions +1/+1. Same goes for other cards of a similar nature.
