Hello Everyone!

Do you lack collection?

Do you want to play competitive with a budget deck?

Fear not! Let not your collection stop you from ascending ranks!

I am proud to present – The Cheap Odd Paladin.

So you can see, it lacks expensive cards like Leeory, Creeper, etc.

Quite cheap, which requires only 2700 dust* and even less if you already own Baku.

As you can see, this deck is very cheap if you have Baku. You only need a couple of rares and commons. There are no epic* cards and only 5 Rares. Isn’t that cheap?

*Cauldron is a free card awarded to the players on the occasion of Halloween.

Coming to the deck.

The gameplan is simple: Have board control and go face.

It’s really important that you maintain the board/gain board control early in the game. So sometimes you might need to hero power Turn 3 instead of playing Raid Leader for example.

Some important mentions:

Tar Creeper is excellent in protecting your Recruits

Cauldron is amazing against hunters and control.

Try to maximize the value out of cauldron. Sometimes a cauldron can outvalue control decks.

Coming to the actual “replacement” choice, Flesheating Ghoul. This is the budget choice of this deck and to my surprise, Ghoul does really work wonders. It gives you a lot of face damage. If the ghoul gets ignored by the Opponent, it can snowball hard.

It also acts as a pseudo-Taunt.

Rest I guess it’s pretty much the same. Not going much to the details.

Anyways here’s the game plan: control board, smack face. It’s an aggro deck so adopt aggressive moves.

I recommend odd Paladin for people who lack cards to Rank Up.

It is a really good deck for Ranking purposes.

I got rank 15 with this deck in the older ranked system having 5 stars, without much losses.

So can you! You can possibly hit 10 with it!

Finally, you get profit from Ranked chest upon reaching high ranks, so it’s a win-win. Spend less dust to get more? YES!
