I am preparing my girlfriend (who is a new player) for competitions for our high school’s esports league, so I am trying to make budget lists that focus largely on sets that will not be rotating out for the year of the dragon. Hopefully this can help other budget players as well.
The Ysera is an inclusion that is specifically chosen considering her collection, since I know it looks out of place.
The Arcane Intellect is a replacement for Stargazer Luna, as I feel she is not key to the deck seeing success.
The rest is pretty much the standard list.
