General Mulligans
These are cards you generally wanna keep. But it depends on the matchup.
The main idea of this deck is to control the field with your damage spells (preferably with the buffer from Black Cat/Dalaran Mage) and your upgraded hero power.
The two standard anti-aggro taunt cards are in for when you need to stall for your bigger spells/elementals.
The win condition is mostly burn for aggro decks, but for longer matches, Frost Lich Jaina seals the deal.
