try to discard / burn cards for your opponent
If you are facing a lot of combo decks e.g. Highlander priest, Exodia mage. This will probably be quite effective at destroying your opponents cards, gnomeferatu isn’t in the list but could be added in if you want to go all out with this mechanic.
Against aggro and midrange we have boordclears and alexstraza to stabilize, alexstraza can also be used to set up lethal on your opponent.
