    put pyroblast and one kabal courier instead of kabal lackeys, went from 12 to 8 with 2 losses… when you play that 5-5 girl for 2 mana, mmmm…..

    I’m wondering about the exclusion of Spellbender. Are people not still seeing big numbers of paladins? Nothing better than to get 3/9 Taunt with a 2/6 Taunt deathrattle for 3 (or 0!) mana.

    Currently rank 10 with 20-2 winrate. This deck is hella fun and actually really good. I play it like you would play the old tempo mage. Play Control vs Aggro and Play Aggro vs Control. I mulligan for babbling book, kabal lackey, mana wyrm, arcanologist, medivh’s valet, sorcerer’s apprentice and kirin tor mage. Preferably mana wyrm, arcanologist and sorcerer’s apprentice.

    This deck is great, picked it up at Rank 10, literally won every game from rank 8 to 5 I played. Generally I mulligan for Mana Wyrm / Arcanologist high priority. Keep book too but less important just something to play. If I have arcanologist – keep Kirin Tor/Kabal Lacky. It’s playstyle is quite aggressive, but you need to operate like Tempo Mage of old. Try get early bored, get in a bunch of a damage – finish off with Burn.

    Why don’t you use ethereal arcanist in this deck?

      yeah ethereal arcanist looks really strong he won me a lot of games especially against paladins

        This deck doesn’t run secrets that stick around. Arcanist is a garbage top deck when you don’t have a secret in play, and is better used in decks that run Ice Block and/or Spellbender.
