Hello… So i have been been very lucky the following day and i ended up with having malfurion the pestilent card. i heard about this deck and u know, i don’t pay for the game, so some of the cards are hard to get (Fandral, infestation) I can afford some rare cards, but the epic and legendary is out of my reach. It will be great if you guys comment any kind of substitute card

hnmm i remove (1) nourish and tar creeper… I replaced it with DeathKnight and Medivh.. it seems to be working but not that good. I keep losing with Priest atm… any suggestions what card to add/remove guys??

Against priest you have to hold your buff cards to get 1 big swing turn! Their biggest removal is dragonfire potion which deals 5 damage aoe.

If you can make a big board in one turn they often don’t have an answer. If you know they run the shadow word horror combo you need to buff your minions above 5 attack!

This deck is very powerful, but I get short with control Priest. Any suggestions?

consider dropping crazed alchemist and 1 bonemare, add 1 living mana and hadronox. control priest should no longer be an issue.

If you think I should get jade Druid please tell put the link to the deck list. I have 10,000 dust left.

Kolento got rank 1 legend with this deck. You aren’t the hearthstone genie that you think you are.

He’s right. The deck is garbage. Any deck with minions larger than 3/3 crushes it.

Against Dragon Priest and Elemental Shaman the results are… embarrassing.

Midrange decks top out at 10 mana now? Okay then.

      August 14, 2017 at 4:20 pm

you ramp alot with this deck so 10 mana is like 7 mana for a lot of decks

I am very unsure of this deck. I can see its potential but I can’t get the hang of it without a guide. I don’t suppose anyone has any tips while using it?

How to play this deck against DK warlocks?

    • Aquiles
      August 14, 2017 at 5:32 am

get them before their DK is in

You just concede. Your not fast enough usually from my experience so far. I honestly think this deck is just doing the Jade druid thing but its not fast enough or resilient enough to get the job done. The new cards are good but they are best used in aggro druid I think where the faster dudes are protected by the new taunt cards.

This decks gets owned by big control priest. Still very powerfull though

This shit have no counterplay, i have 20% winrate with dk mage againt this but 90% against any other deck. I think this can be beaten only by pirate warrior or aggro murloc paladin.

Yes, my deck is almost the same like kolentos Version and the only hard matchups are mirror games or very aggressiv decks…

Does anyone know what to counter this with
    ? It’s almost all I’m seeing at rank 4.

      warlock

Control priest will eat it like pie… the only chance druid has is forcing for an overrun at the start, which is very very difficult seeing all the kill the deck has…

Personally, I think it works better playing with 1 x Ultimate infestation and The Lich King in place of it.

Hi, is there any replacement for the DK (Malfurion the Pestilent)? Could be the Lich King fine substitution? Thanks for tips.

    • ISkritch
      August 14, 2017 at 12:27 pm

Malfurion is extremely strong here because of its ability to gain 15 health against board heavy decks, and its value over the late game. If I were you I’d save dust to craft it, since it is the safest craft in KOFT, but for now TLK should be fine. Just remember the lich king can, unlike Malfurion, be removed from the board

This deck is awful in lower ranks, not suitable for climbing.

Fandral substitute? Any ideas? I not sure about crafting it because it belongs to WOTOG set.

    • Dirtyrag
      August 12, 2017 at 5:50 am

even if u craft it, when it goes to wild you get back the dust

      • Rotface
        August 12, 2017 at 5:57 am

Really? I thougth it was only with classic cadrs going into the hall of fame

        • Ayo
          August 12, 2017 at 6:23 am

u dn’t get the full dust back and there’s really no replacement to it but if u reallt wanna play druid on the long term craft him ( u can still play without it but he’s a great bonus )

      • wasabi
        August 12, 2017 at 7:51 am

        that is wrong.

only classic cards that gets hall of famed card get a dust compensation when they are rotated to wild , because classic sets are supposed to be evergreen.

for expansion/adventure, when they are rotated to wild you won’t ever get any kind of dust refund because it’s part of the rotation process unless they got nerf which is the only way.

      August 12, 2017 at 7:28 am

I’d say you could never get near the value that Fandral provides for this deck. If you absolutely don’t want to craft because he’s rotating out, I’d tech him with Harrison Jones. I feel KoTFT are bring forth a lot of strong weapons in the mid-late game and this could at least be a way of dealing with that.

I crafted Fandral to use in a similar decklist, and he has been essentially useless. I’d recommend using your dust elsewhere.

    Why the Living Mana?

    • Sandor
      August 12, 2017 at 4:57 am

I was wondering about this too. Maybe it’s just a tool for recovery after board clears.

    • Some Tree
      August 12, 2017 at 7:32 am

Its a very peculiar card; it adds confusion to a situation because the opponent needs to deal with them, but at the same its in their interest to keep them a few on the board and mana starve. I’ve seen this card used right but its too weird for me. I’m going to try to tech it out with Force of Nature.
