Mulligans

General Mulligans

The must-have in early game. Hex is also a must-have when you face Warlock so you can quickly deal with a Voidlord.

I introduce you a special version of Concede Shaman I created, inspired from the well-known CubeLock. I have a pretty good winrate with it : 11 wins in 16 games for my first try. It’s particularly strong against Warlock but weak against Mid/Aggro Hunter.

The basis of the original deck is here with the overload mechanics and fat minions which you will try to multiply thanks to Lesser Sapphire Spellstone. There are a lot of defensive tools to survive against aggro : Maelstrom PortalDoomsayerJinyu Waterspeaker and of course Volcano

The objective is to control the game and build a massive board of copied Earth Elemental / Snowfury Giant / Flamewreathed Faceless (even Thing from Below can be good).

In this version, I added the set used in CubeLock to have new multiplication tools and combos:

Carnivorous Cube of course which is the essential card to bring back more Giants and Earth Elementals.

Faceless Manipulator, a really interesting card to copy one of your big minions, a cube but also in some cases one of your opponent’s minion (Lich King for example).

– Spiritsinger Umbra is here for the simple reason that the combo Umbra + Cube is incredible. It can somehow become a dead card in hand because you will wait until you have a cube and at least 9 mana.

– Prince Taldaram isn’t essential but it’s very surprising, I really like this card but feel free to replace it with a Lightning Storm .

I also added Al'Akir the Windlord because it’s really good to finish the game and if you are able to use a fully upgraded Lesser Sapphire Spellstone on it then you basically have a 24 damage board with charge.

If you don’t want to play or don’t have Al’Akir and/or Umbra then you can add White Eyes or Devolve. Let me know what you think about this deck and thanks for reading ! 🙂

Nice deck, great sinergy and works after rotation (only loses Jinyu and Devolve if used). I’ll try including Dirty Rat until rotation, the ability to Dirty Rat + Hex is amazing vs combo decks, and easier to copy / cube by it’s low cost. Against aggro even multiple 2/6 bodies can secure board.

This deck is so much fun, most fun I’ve had in hearthstone in a long time. I’ve also been winning a lot against cubelock. I threw in one copy of devolve instead of crushing hand and it works really well. Thanks for the deck!

Have you considered throwing in a White Eyes and a N’zoth?

Yes of course ! I tried with these two but it appeared that Earth Elemental is a real pain for Aggro and it really fits well in the synergy with spellstone and snowfury giants so I have rather playing this list 🙂
