I don’t think it’s possible to get Nemsy right now unless you know someone with an “established tavern” (they needed to host Fireside Gatherings BEFORE Blizzard closed them from the public). Then they can host a private one and if you connect to it (need to be on the same network) and play Brawl, you get Nemsy. That’s the only way to get her right now I think.

Yes, it’s not a big difference overall, but it was a common concern among players when they were first introduced (and weren’t received that well). Some people said that they would like a Golden Legendary instead of Signature. So devs reasurred everyone that they aren’t losing on anything and if a Signature Card appears, it will replace a Common card in that pack. So they’re getting it as an extra, not “instead of a Golden Legendary”.

Yes, they are rare and you can expect maybe 1 per expansion on average in normal packs (depending on how many packs you open exactly), but that’s always 1 free Legendary per expansion 🙂

Yeah, that’s a potential synergy for sure. But Plagues weren’t revealed at the time I was writing this :p

Still, I don’t think that changes much about the card, I don’t think it’s good.

DK is really weak in Twist so no one really plays it. The class was only just released so it has way fewer cards than others. Maybe it will become a bit better after today’s balance update, we’ll see.

I think it’s more about feelings and not necessarily balance. Yes, Hollow Hound (and Big Beast Hunter in general) is objectively better, but people don’t seem to mind playing it as much. Hound you can often anticipate and play around to a certain degree. But Death Blossom Whomper leads to pretty toxic game patterns. Getting it on curve with Hedge Maze in play is basically game over, REALLY not fun to play against.

And with Druid being my favorite class, I’m pretty sad that whenever Druid gets a good slower deck it gets nerfed very quickly, but what can you do. I actually have to agree with this nerf.

I can report bugs to the developers if you give me some more details. What’s the system you’re playing on (PC, Android, iOS) and when did it start happening? Have you tried to reinstall the game? Also, do I understand it right – it happens literally every time you try to Trade any card?

I think devs have clarified somewhere that it’s not based on your Wild bonus starts but on the internal Wild MMR. There’s a slight difference between those two.

E.g. one player gets to Legend and keeps winning with competitive decks. Another gets to Legend and plays meme decks, falls down to low Legend ranks.

Both players have 10 bonus stars (let’s assume that the first one didn’t cross 11 stars threshold) but their internal MMRs might be completely different. That’s because bonus stars are based on rank you get to not your MMR. So it looks like your internal MMR had to be lower than your star bonus.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking – they didn’t want to hit a brand new card and it’s a dual class card that’s also playable in Blood DK so it would be a nerf to that deck too (that’s the downside of dual class cards, it can be balanced in one while overpowered in another and nerfing it hits both classes).

I don’t think that 1 attack nerf is a big deal in this case anyway. Hunter might even be the best class after the patch, but we’ll have to wait a few days to see.

Hunter was one of the best classes in Standard after the mini-set, and weapon was played in almost every build. It was one of the highest win-rate cards in Big Beast Hunter (or however it’s called now, haha). And notably – Pure Paladin was its worst matchup, so with that deck out of the way it might be too strong.

It’s a small nerf anyway and both the card and the deck should still be good. Maybe even too good, we’ll see 🙂

I never understood why they don’t just say when the offer is gone from the shop. They do in the Battle.net store, but not in-game.

We all know that they stay for roughly 2-3 weeks, so what difference would it make to just give us an exact date?

I still think that Mercenaries had the best artwork. Which is funny because 99% of players newer saw most of the cool art used in that mode, lol.
