I agree. Competitive HS is what got me into the game and kept me so involved all these years. The competitive scene drives a lot of the deck innovation which trickles down to streamers and then the masses.

I don’t think there has ever been an archetype that I have despised as much as I despise this iteration of control priest. Very degenerate to play against.

It’s best if you can wait to see the lineups and who they are paired against. That will give a big indication in who is favored or not. Bloodyface has definitely been the most consistent in the last 3 years, so that is a safe bet for sure.

They announced for the 35 card mini set that you can craft them or get them in Darkfaire packs after the mini set is released.

Lol what? One of guardian druids biggest counters is Palidan and control priest is favored into Palidan. As a priest fan you should be excited about these nerfs. Plus the play style of all Druid archetypes running the guardian animals package was already getting a bit stale. I’m glad they are addressing the problem sooner rather than later.

I am liking all these changes! I appreciate the slight nudge nerfs they have been implementing recently.

My one problem is with the legend grind. For the first 2 weeks of June I was sitting between top 150-200 legend and was playing consistently. Then after taking a 5 day break, the meta had shifted and the deck I had been playing was in a bad spot. I ended up having a rough loss streak (maybe like 2-8). A lot of the losses were in a row and it absolutely tanked my rank in that one session (~600). I tried switching decks but wasn’t as experienced with the new deck as the old one and although my win rate wasn’t as bad, I was losing ranks more than I was gaining. Now I sit around 1,300 and feel gridlocked. Wish there wasn’t such a punish for one bad session of hearthstone.
