Plague of Madness

Considering we’ve only seen this card for rogue it’s to early to say what’s more effective at the moment but it’s likely we may see a few poisonous related cards.

As said rogue does have other cards that can be safer for removing the big minions that are still useable Mana cost wise around time Giants will appear. The reason why rogue doesn’t want to go face on minions though is the lack of heals. Losing 16 health hitting 2 minions is a big deal against mage there’s also fact that mage does have capacity to block you from countering with it as well.

I’m betting the reward for pally quest is going to be either buff minions or give all minions divine shield. Look at solo boss fights for possible clues shaman and druid reward basically came straight from that.

Odd pally is already basically a monster in aggro fights. This card would just be beating with a stick after they’ve already lost.

Actually a doomsayer isn’t to bad to RNG into depending on situation it nukes the field twice if opponent does nothing about it stalling 2 turns.

Pallys getting a bunch of 1 health units so stands to reason there’s going to be support for using them no telling what the quest does either buffs stats or divine shield is my guess.

Reborn is basically revive the minion with 1 health remaining like the pally secret it will still have the death rattle effect so basically with infiltrator this is same as saying summon 2 minions with death rattle kill an enemy minion. So obviously this is a good card depending on what is in your rezpool.

Carpet pally is big it seems I’m guessing it’s possible Prelate will make a reappearance with all hand buffs and most likely way of health buff with the 1 health minions.

Salhet's Pride

Take into account the pally secret to boost cards health when opponent plays a spell and start seeing a pattern this is definitely going to be a set focussed on hand buff and aggro attacks. Pally secret may have to do with giving health to minions or buffing hand.

This is just nuts there’s alot of 1 health cards appearing also this is a ridiculous card for a wild aggro paladin. I’m guessing there will be more cards to boost health of units to make this more threatening.

Every priest runs into the question should this be included for death rattle priest you would have to drop the lackey generator for this otherwise it’s basically same as if summoning mecharoo.

For Velen it was more the fact for 4 Mana you got back a big cost minion and you could possibly combo it with one of the cards to change your healing to dmg for that turn. The others are more helpful in comparison the bit with catrina is more annoying because the fact that even when regular summoned it’s a threat this bring it back at 4 Mana and you have to be able to hit it again after kill. Which has decent chance of end of turn triggered twice.

So it would basically imply since you said it has to be your turn it works with things like Swamp King Dred since he attacks minions you summon on your turn. Which basically means you would see possibility of priest combining scalper with hysteria in one turn. That made more sense because scalper could attack but it also means if another minion attacked scalper it would have same results.

Mechanic working like this will possibly lead to a patch changing overkill since that would mean it’s trigger able on turn 8 and would only require maybe 3 cards to give a bear unstoppable 2 turn kill. Turn 7 line cracker turn 8 healing touch and bees. If you went 2nd this is possible turn 7. There’s not really a single combination in HS that could win the game on Turn 7 with likely just 3 cards from an opponent with full health even an armored up warrior won’t likely have 50 armor on turn 7.

It’s so funny how many good cards appear that would have been really valuable in one rotation AFTER it’s been moved to wild. Quest priest would love this card.

Well that looks like an auto include for death rattle priest decks.

Cards this can pull to piss you off. Zilliax, Catrina, Convincing infiltrator, Prophet Velen, Zerek, Mechanical Whelpling. Do I need to go on? Because those are cards that would be really annoying to see get tagged with reborn.

The thing is rogue doesn’t want to face remove big minions those are best for things like walk the plank.

This card is more for taking out the more “tanky” minions like the high health low attack taunts. Or for killing a utility minion that you can’t leave on the field.

Doesn’t work that way overkill only works when YOU attack with the minion it would work for cards like ghazrilla and gurubashi Berserker though since boosts attack when survives dmg. That’s why whenever people see the scalper it gets either smashed with minion or killed with spells. Unless it received rush or charge opponent will not be able to draw till next turn.

Weapons project gives to much value to be a 1 cost it gives both players a 2/3 weapon and 6 armor. Yes it can null itself out but considering the other cards warrior has that involves having so much armor it would be to much. Atm weapons project gives 3 Mana deal 6 dmg with shield slame to a minion.

2 Mana to smash a minion for 6 dmg is a bit much not counting at 4 Mana you could smash for 8. Then there’s heavy metal 8 Mana you could drop a random 6 Mana minion ATM with change you would get a random 6 for 7 Mana plus a weapon. Basically the value generated due to getting both armor and a weapon is to much for a 1 cost.

I don’t actually see alot of weapons projects but if the cost dropped to 1 you can bet every warrior would be running it that’s not counting if you ran it with upgrade that would basically be a 2 card upgraded version of pre nerf axe. Add Harrison Jones and you would get a 3/4 weapon 6 armor a 5/4 body and draw 3 cards to refill hand and opponent gets just 6 armor at 7 Mana cost.
