pirate warrior still in game
Sure, but is it actually worth playing? Does it win consistently?
Tavern Brawl - Top 3
Here’s an interesting control deck I came up with:
Revolve – to give you a chance vs Patches druid and Pogo rogue
Lightning Storm – to actually clear boards
Sludge Slurper – gives you a way to (eventually) win games and generate resources
Balance Changes Are Coming Next Week - What Could They Mean for the Meta?
Sure, doesn’t surprise me.
Tavern Brawl - Top 3
Aldor Attendant, Libram of Wisdom, Hand of A’dal. Go face. Win. Even did ok vs devolving missiles (but still lost that particular game)

But out of curiosity, what was your thinking? Seems an odd choice to me

Personally, I wouldn’t risk it. It’s best to wait for the hotfix I’d say.

It’s not a bug: sometimes the spell that would get cast instead would do nothing, and in those cases, the animation doesn’t reveal the substitution (although that bit could do with a change really). Next time it happens, check the history bar.

Well, we don’t even know what the nerfs’ll be yet, but I imagine they’ll be announced Monday and go live Tuesday give the little that we do know.

I’d be quite happy with that really

Why? What relevance does that card have in the current strongest decks?
Balance Changes Are Coming Next Week - What Could They Mean for the Meta?
It’s quite simple really. They won’t need Tickatus because control Warlock isn’t remotely good at the moment. Besides, Tickatus itself isn’t really the main reason why CW destroys other control decks: Jaraxxus and Y’Shaarj are both probably even more significant issues.

How Good Are Kazakus and Primordial Protector? Discover & Card Generation Math of the Barrens!
Very interesting analysis, and particularly good to see that Kazakus shouldn’t generally be completely useless. However, I think I remember seeing something saying that Pack Kodo offers you one from each group of cards (i.e. one secret, one beast and one weapon), much like warrior’s Boom Squad, which would mean your numbers are off for that card. Nonetheless, thanks for the read!
Patch 20.0 is live - Classic Format, Nerf Reverts, Duels Update And More!
I expect they should work in Wild, I’ve not seen anything to suggest otherwise
Very interesting… now that I’ve finally hit legend, I might take that idea out for a spin. Do you run Kargal as well or just the posts?
