I came here just to say that this deck is TERRIBLE against Secret Mage and any aggro. Sure, if you get a slower deck you have a chance, but it definitely can’t climb the ladder.
it can if you swap the runespear for harrison jones.
I can’t win with this deck. It’s just too slow.
I agree with Gil. As a control shaman lover, this is the first time I enjoy that much a shaman deck since KaC. The synergies are great, you can even play as a millstone with murmuring elemental and coldlight oracle. And it seems good to climb the ladder (warlock, control decks in general aren’t longer a problem).
Does Murmur+Grumble = double the minions brought back to your hand? For example, if I have an Aya and Jinyu on board and play Murmur->Grumble, will I get back 2 Aya’s, Jinyu’s and Murmurs back in my hand? Thnx.
I think not, cause he will get back all the minions and when you do the second time effect, you will haven’t any cards on board.
You only get ONE copy of your minions.
Thes deck needs Servant of Kalimos!! Took out 1x Jade Chieftain and the Runespear for them 🙂

I just don’t know about Runespear – people keep trying to use it, and it really is utter junk. Just look at the list of Standard Shaman spell and imagine casting them with random targets. Apart from one board clear and a half decent friendly heal, it’s just all crap. Don’t get me wrong, Shaman has some great offensive spells – when you can pick the target – but it’s no Mage. Most of the time you’re lucky to get a Feral Spirit off and then – and this is the kicker – YOU STILL GET HIT WITH THE OVERLOAD! Dumpster tier card, Blizzard should be ashamed.
Yeah I agree with you for the most part. The card is easily substituted. Although a devolve, bloodlust if you have a board, lightning storm, or healing rain are all pretty clutch if you can manage to win the RNG lol. BIG IF!
Zalae cut Runespear and 2x healing rain for Kalimos and 2x the elemental 2/4 3 drop with taunt that heals for 3. That version looks better imo, but purple was convinced otherwise.
Yeah, that sounds good. I wish I had Grumble instead of Runespear though, as he seems pretty much required ;_;
i don’t have grumble the world shaker and thrall, are there any replacements?

This deck is actually really sick. Rummaging Kobold really gives you an opportunity to build up your board with Jade Golems if you draw Jade Claws early or even refresh Runespear later on. Runespear actually plays decently with this deck. I was quite surprised with the results. But Murmuring Elemental into a Thrall Deathseer or even a Jinyu or Jade Cheiftan is so powerful. Fun deck to try IMO.
