Thing is how much silence people will play.Also if Mage or Shaman(polymorph classes) are competitive.
But if they are not and people only run one silence they will use either in the 2 spikedridged or bonameres or this or tirion.
Either way you are good.
The card is really good depending on the meta.

Paladin is not even tier 1 mate.
But there is potential after jades and highlander prist rotates.
Even then though i think it will still lose to warlock and warrior.

Good for quest priest.
Pretty slow and incosistent for any other deck.
Big priest soon loses Barnes and Ysharj and its not worth putting a second bug deathrattle minion just for this card.

Maybe.I still dont think tar creepers are enough.There are decks with far better defense options than hunter that still got destroyed from aggro or trmpo decks.
But yeah tha card has potential and it would have more if they introduced a more early game value beast.

Absolute garbage.
The worst thing about this card is its epic rarity.Meaning you will open this instead of other useful epics.

Also giving up tempo as a rogue for value seems weird.

They need board control.
As of the rng part,most 3 drops are understated anyway.Yes sometimes you will get a 3/4 but is someone so desperate for that 1 mana situational discount ?

Nothing to compare there.Call of the wild buffed everything you already had by on board by +1 for the final swing.Gave you 5 damage on charge and taunt for defense next turn(if there was one)
This gives you nothing and it is understated for 8 mana.I dont think hunter has the luxury to do nothing at 8 mana.Playing this and not being guaranteed Charge or Taunt is probably game over.
Hunter needs cards that do something at that mana cost.
The only big minion they played at this huge cost was Ragnaros,and Rag had a chance to go face and it was a must remove next turn.
With this you need to build deck around it and the only aggresive beast out there is Devilsaur while the best Taunt being Mastodon.Just bringing Highmanes is too slow unless you have the opponent at 10 health.But if the opponent is that low you would probably win anyway.
Anyway just having to build a deck around 1 card that is 8 mana doesnt seem really good.

I dont see anything worthy of a beast in the set so far.So the options seem really poor.
Highmanes , King Krush and maybe Tundra Rhyno.? Other options are Devilsaur , Ultrasaur , Mastodon and Hydra.
All seem really late game and not worth packing a deck with big minions just relying on a single card.You will probably draw some of the big guys early game and hunter has no board clear or heal to stay alive.
Once you lose board control most of the times is GG.Hero power doesnt help stabilizing board.
I dont think control hunter can be a thing.Relies on so much draw rng and beast combos.
Sure having Hydra on 5 , Highmane on 6 , Bowman on 7 and Kathrena on 8 seems OP.But i dont think that is consistent enough.
But we need to see more cards.The card has tremendous potential.You can use it even in aggro hunter if you have 2 highmanes and 2 tundras/hydras.

Really good if of course you have the luxury of doing nothing at turn 5.(assuming also opponent doesnt have weapon removal)

I hate this kind of card design.Crazy potential if opponent is unlucky enough to not have removal but absolute trash if the opponent actually has a removal.

Its a shame you are the only one mentioning this.This minion is nuts.
If you are against aggro 4 armor would be minimum which is not bad along a 2/2 body.
But where this shines is combos.
It is also a card that the more the opponent invests on his board the better it gets , kinda like spreading plague.With just 3 on opponents board this and reckless can deal 6 damage for total of 5 mana.
Shield Slam will also see a come back.
The question is can a control warrior outvalue upcoming Warlock ?

Soon warrior will be only class that can go infinite.

The 3 1/3 demons can really crew up a Bloodreaver.

The wording is not weird. Just see kazakus potions text.
Up to this moment every card with a ( . ) in between sentences works as i mentioned.
Theres no chance they made a mistake in the text.

It doesnt trigger imp because board clear happens first and hand discard happens next.
To compare it with Deathwing read the text.Deathwing says destroy allmother minions AND discard hand.Even in the animation of Deathwing these two things happen both at the same time.
Now in this card , board clear and hand discard obviously dont happen at the same time thats why they have a . pause in between sentences.
Destroy all minions.Discard tour hand.
You clear the board therefore imp is no longer in play to activate when you discard.
Is that polite enough ?
As for why they made the card not to trigger imp its obvious too. Because it would be OP.
It already is op and alone can make discard quest warlock viable and perhaps tier 1.
