This deck is great. I just swapped out one acolyte of pain for a Mass Dispel and it works wonders. I haven’t lost a game in 2 days, no joke. Went from rank 17 to rank 8 within a week of using this archetype. Most of the time I don’t even need alex and if I do end up playing her they just quit. Geist is great against almost anything in the meta. No hunters mark, no cold blood, and no naturalize. Once you learn to play this and know what cards to keep against each match up you’ll win every time. If anyone has questions on how to play against a certain match up just leave a comment.

I am a free-to-play player and lack Anduin and Alexstrasza. Are they two worth crafting (I have just enough dust for them)?? I mean can they be used outside of this deck?

shadow is good in a few, he might be worth it. alexstraza is used in a lot more decks she can replace legendaries you are missing in many decks and she is in classic. alex=<3

No idea how he won so many with this. Even against cube i am currently 0/10 with this deck. They out sustain in the late game– even worse if you dont draw Alex till sub 10 cards left

Don’t try to outlast Cubelock, it’s the wrong way to play the deck, aim for busting him down. 1 mind blast = 9 damage, 2 mind blast = 16, 3 mind blast = 19, each squashling = 6 damage as well.

With Geist in the deck, warlock’s healing is very limited, and Guldan cannot keep up with Anduin as long as you still have cards.

I second this. Against warlock, I’m keeping Anduin every single time, and often just dropping him on 8 even if it’s an empty board. Anduin pressure can put them down.

How are the Squashlings damage in this deck? Did the OP update it maybe? I can’t see any card that would turn the heal effect into damage. (Like Auchenai Soulpriest would, e.g.) What am I missing here?

Even so, with 10 mana you’re only dealing 6 damage with 1 squashling.

Yeah not sure why but i just played 10 games with this and lost every single one. Wasn’t even a match. I switched to my other mind blast build and started winning. It felt like I never had the right cards in hand to do anything with this build. Maybe just a run of bad matchups and draws?

Squashing increased the reach of this deck a lot over the last version. Cubelock hates this one.
