northshire and shield obviously are a good choice; you need the lady to activate her battlecry as soon as possible; twilight drake is very good too, also because after activating the lady effect it becomes useless, so you have to play it in the early game; stonehill and tar creeper are cheap strong cards, so you need them in the early game, but do not keep them both in the hand (if you have to choose between them 2, i'll keep the stonehill, because tar creeper can be good also in late game, thanks to the lady )
