Mulligans

Edit: Removed the two Ethereal Conjurers since they were too slow. Replaced them with two Jeweled Scarabs. Also removed a single Mad Scientist and put in The Curator. Thanks to Rubenluthman for the suggestion.

Fun deck that I’ve been experimenting with. The goal of the deck is to grind and out value your opponent and thin their deck using Coldlight Oracle and Deathlord. lYou don’t have to worry about fatigue because you can use Brann Bronzebeard and two Manic Soulcasters to negate it. Play Brann Bronzebeard then play the two Manic Soulcasters. Have the first Manic Soulcaster put two copies of Brann Bronzebeard into your deck and have the other Manic Soulcaster put two copies of the first Manic Soulcaster into your deck. The deck fares well against Aggro since you can stall against them while dealing with their threats can win against combo decks due to Ice Block and is very much favored against control decks. The biggest problem are midrange decks like midrange shaman and secret paladin.

Sir Finley Mrrgglton and Justicar Trueheart are in the deck to discover a better hero power against slower decks and then upgrade it.

Hero powers:

Priest and Warrior are basically the same thing. Warrior can make it so that you can go above 30 health but Priest allows you to heal your minions. Generally I think Warrior’s is better though.

Hunter is great since three damage every turn combined with fatigue damage is very impactful.

Druid is essentially a combination of the Warrior and Hunter hero powers. This is a great option since you can gain life and deal damage at the same time.

Paladin is also very powerful since summoning two 1/1 minions every turn can be very impactful in the late game.

Warlock is surprisingly useful since you are immune to Fatigue using the Brann Bronzebeard and Manic Soulcaster combo. Using the improved warlock hero power you can keep drawing from your deck while your opponent is in fatigue.

Shaman, Rogue and Mage are the worst hero powers to get from Finley and then upgrade with Justicar.

Justicar don’t upgrade your hero power from sir finley? It says replace your starting hero power.

Have you considered The Curator? Maybe switch one or both of the Ethereal Conjurer’s for Azure Drake’s.

Haven’t considered the Curator. I’ll test him out. I don’t like the idea of switching out the conjurers because they generate spells for you. Might throw out the Mad Scientists. I’ll update it if I like the changes.
