A random spell is not so reliable; not sure if this card can find place into TempoMage also because of 5mana & 3HP.
…however, generate spells in tempo mage is very powerfull. Maybe can be good. I don’t know if it’s better than Nexus-Champion Saraad.
It’s like to compare Nefarian vs Yseera. Nefarian is faster like EtherealConjured; Yseera can gain more value if he survives, like N-C-Saraad.
