For the mulligan, keep N'Zoth's First Mate and Prince Keleseth and Southsea Captain 

This deck is built to go full face and win matches fastly. 

The synergy with pirates is the most important. You will out value your opponent with the bodies if they are boosted with Keleseth. 

You can swap Captain Greenskin and Cairne Bloodhoof with Cobalt Scalebane or Mortal Strike

Your finish condition are Leeroy, the Lich King can be usefull, if you have the Mortal Strike, it can also be your win condition!
