Mulligans

General Mulligans

In most games you ideally want to start with an Oracle in hand, followed by an early game taunt/doomsayer to slow the game down. Next to this you want to search for juggle cards.

Aggro Mulligans

In aggro match ups you want draw for your early game taunts to repel any face damage you can. Try and push for a vanish board clear if necessary or stall until you get poison/pyro combo to board clear.

Midrange Mulligans

This is probably a harder match up then aggro. Try to keep your live total high and be careful with letting your opening draw. The trick here is to save your vanishes for the late game with prep when you can more aggressively mill and draw yourself.

Combo Mulligans

Skulk as soon as possible against most classes that are running a combo deck. If youre against a OTK mage, your best bet is a lucky mill. Try and let your opponent build his hand up, save your Coldlight's for then and hopefully get a 2/3 card mill. Your aim is to mill his combo pieces or it's a lost game. Against other combo decks just play as you would with a control match up.

Control Mulligans

In a control match up such as jade druid, skulk really shines, as you can remove idols. Depending on the class though he may not be as necessary to keep in your starting hand. This comes down to experience.

You ideally want to keep the game slow, playing taunts if needed but not revealing your mill cards until they either reach 8 cards in hand or start to slam cards onto the board (or if you can aggresively mill them).

As this point start mill juggling, save prep/vanish for when they have board and try out play them on the board.

It is important however to try and keep your own hand to 8/9 cards.

A fully functioning control/mill rogue. Sturdy taunt to hold off aggro decks, whilst comboing poison and vanish to board clear in the mid t o late game.

Deck revolves around the late game combo of a shadowstepped coldlight oracle, another coldlight oracle and a shadowblade in hand. This can lead to an immune, 6 card fatigue combo to finish your opponents.
