Mulligans

General Mulligans

Since the deck is all one offs, it would be difficult to post a comprehensive mulligan guide. In general value your mana  curve over everything else. Keep the 1-2 mana spells. Reno is an exception to this rule since the effect wins games by itself.

Midrange Mulligans

Against warriors, the worm is not very effective. I would pitch it in favor of removal.

The goal is to 1-1 with them early, then slowly pull ahead in the mid game  with 2-1s, then just keep blowing up thier board with AOE until they concede or overdraw.

Combo Mulligans

The main combo deck is miracle Rouge.

They fold pretty hard to the reno-ice block combo and are not fans of blizzard or flame strike either. Cabalist tomb  into Yogg recked them pretty hard too. Come to think of it, almost everything in the deck is good against them. Just don't die and you should win.

This is a nice little brew of mine. It’s very strong at the moment. I streaked through ranks 7-5 fairly easily and I’m almost to 4.

It’s basically a control Mage that sets up a game winning board  state of secrets+Yogg or Barron+Reno.

Update:

While I can’t claim the deck is undefeated anymore, I did reach rank three with it this morning. So to recap I took it from rank 7 to 4 without any loses in a day. Then I took it to rank 4 to 3 loosing 3 games along the way this morning. 1 to miracle Druid who killed me from 16 with 4 cards in hand and an empty board while I was holding Yogg and had an auctioneer rolling. The other two loses were to giant zoo and a midrange shaman because the games just got away from me. The deck is pricey on dust, but very good. It beats up on shamans, warriors, and rouges pretty hard. If you are interested in it but missing cards I can work with you on substitutions.

I just wanted to share an epic game with you all against cursed playing N’Zoth priest.

    Some of the highlights are:

Tomb spider fetching muluka tyrant of the vale. (Tried replacing emperor with tomb spider)

Yogg cleared his board and gave me 3 secrets and shadow form!

He plays sylvanas, I play my own and fire ball it, he entombs it back, I flame strike it away, he plays N’zoth I play doomed necromancer and roaring torch his sylvanas to clear his board and put him in fatigue.

Things are looking good, but I’m worried about an OTK fatigue death. I Reno, he renos. Finally my legends from the golden monkey bring home the bacon with us both only having one card in hand, despite a large mistake on my behalf of wasting a gorehowl for damage.

Ragnaros, archmage, gadgetzan auctioneer, 2/2 guy that does 1 to everything.

That being said, baron is probably one of the top 3 best cards in the deck. I’d recommend crafting it, as you can use it for CW too.

    Hey all,

The meta shifted towards midrange shaman, midrange Hunter and zoo. Therefore I’d recommend dropping auctioneer, Harrison Jones, loot hoarder, mana worm and ice block for stampeding kodo, acidic swamp ooze, mind control tech and arcane intellect. Basically the deck needs to get leaner and meaner on it’s mana curve in the mid game.
