Tempo Prince Rogue – Season 45 // KNC release

Hey guys!! I just hit legend with this list, it’s similar to the list I used to climb last month.

I don’t track my winrate but I don’t play much and I’m pretty confident that I reached it with a wr > 70%.

Took me 3 days of grinding (2-3h each day) to get from rank 5 to legend. I actually hit legend (only my last game, I played extensively prince rogue during the climb) with a murloc paladin because I kept finding priest in ladder and i wanted a favorable matchup; I’ll write down a little mulligan guide and the card choices so you can get an idea about the deck and how to pilot it; If this reaches enough upvotes I’ll post a full guide with matchups and strategies.

One last thing for you guys: I think this deck is crazy strong for climbing to legend, it’s fast and fun.

Mulligan: Okay, nobody would’ve guess’d it but… Always keep Keleseth in your mulligan. Fire Fly and Swashburglar are a must keep too. Depending on the mus you may want to keep other cards (mainly backstab, southsea captain, vilespine slayer, si:7 but we’ll talk about this in the full guide).

Card Choices:

Spellbreaker: In the cube warlock meta, a silence can make the difference; I used to play 2 but that was overkill in my experience;

Elven Minstrel: This dude is so understated for a reason, its effect is just the nuts; when you’re running out of steam (especially against control) this card makes the difference. Digging our deck for answer is what this deck was missing and now is not a problem anymore.

Saronite Chain Gang: I used to play one but two is more consistent against aggro decks, also great when buffed by keleseth; Imho it’s way better than tar creeper.

Cold Blood: Many list have started dropping this card but I find it extremely useful in the priest matchup, which is most of the guys I found between r3 and legend. I cut one southsea deckhand for this (I used to run 2)

Corridor Creeper: Guys, you don’t want me to explain why we play this absolute brokeback beast, right?
