I think that Justicar would be much better than the 2nd Stand Against Darkness
I used this deck with Wickerflame instead of Loatheb and got an easy 6 wins. I lost when I ran into a control shaman and jade druids but luckily faced a couple freeze mages that seemed fairly easy to dispatch.
Any replacement for lay on hands? Deck seems awesome

Try Rallying Blades over Truesilver. You have a lot of ways to generate a board full of Divine Shield minions.
Replacement for Ragnaros Lightlord?
Regular Ragnaros is a possibility, you could also run Forbidden Healing.
You can use dr boom for a powerful drop that still has synergy, or a heal such as lay on hands, forbidden healing or ivory knight if you need budget.
Freeze mage counters this deck so hard, and of course I ran into it 3 times. 🙁
How important is loetheb? Is there a really solid replacement?
His role is to disrupt your opponents next turn, so sylvanus fills a similar sphere
