Mulligan hard for Pogo Hopper and cards that put it back in your deck. Beyond that, aim to cycle cards.

Deck Description

A theory-crafted Pogo Hopper deck that includes lots of removal and card draw to get things going as quickly as possible. Tak Nozwhisker may be worth using in place of one Sprint, but I preferred having the Preparation synergy.
