General Mulligans

You want Skarr, or cards that can generate more elementals. You're playing one card a turn essentially so draw isn't super important. Shock hopper or other one costs are for a turn-one play if you have a good hand, Azerite Giant isn't a bad card to keep the pressure on in the early game. As always Holli'dae is great to have early, but ideally, you'll be playing him turn 6/7 with an elemental.

Built on the naive assumption that you can keep playing elementals every turn until you can start bouncing Skarr. I can see this deck being pretty decent if they buff Skarr to not require sequential turns, but as it stands it’s really hard to play the big payoff cards like Reno and Holli’dae while also playing an elemental for that turn. That said your goal is also to keep control of the board through most of the game as you’ll die if you don’t, and it’s not super hard with all the elementals you’ll be playing every turn.

As it stands though the deck isn’t all that bad as far as meme decks go. The goal is to keep playing elementals every turn until you hit Skarr (skipping the first few turns if need be), in which case you can bounce it a couple of times. The deck also runs Fizzle, which allows for even more copies of Skarr/Bounces as well as Reno. The bounces can also be used on Fizzle for an infinite combo if you’re playing a priest and don’t straight-up die.
