The deck will still work with out these two expensive cards, but they are super fun when they work. If you don't have them you can always sub in some more AoE spells, or possibly even some healing, as the deck can start slow.
First, I am not a fan of netdecks, so I am always trying to come up with my own competitive decks that don’t play like everything else…because that is fun. This deck I have been working on since the last expansion…I think I finally got it right, but I welcome tweaks from the community. Besides Pains, Clerics and Oracles, you want to draw eggs and mirage callers to start. Save your Mirage callers to make copies of the eggs (which become 1/1s instead of 0/3s) and the Twilight Summoners. In reverse you can summon Umbra and throw down eggs. My favorite combo with max mana is Umbra, egg, Mirage caller. It gives you two 5/5s the 0/3 egg, and a 1/1 egg, plus the Mirage caller and Umbra all in one turn. Nasty. Finish it off with N’Zoth, game over.
