Mulligans
General Mulligans
The Pogo-Hopper and Lab Recruiter are obvious choices. The Elven Minstrel is a really nice body with great drawing capabilities and the sap is really important for staying alive.
Aggro Mulligans
Backstab is a good early game removal, and the other two are good clears for stabilizing.
Control Mulligans
These are generally good if you are not afraid of dying before getting to use them. Vilespine Slayer is a very good single target removal, obviously.

This deck is my take on a Pogo-Hopper deck.
The win condition is, obviously, Pogo-Hopper. You’re supposed to draw your deck with the Sprint, Elven Minstrel, and all other draw cards. Eventually, use Myra's Unstable Element to finish off your deck. Then you can go infinite with Lab Recruiter and Pogo-Hopper. Cards like Vanish and Vilespine Slayer are there for survival. Valeera the Hollow is there because once you are at the infinite stage of the deck she is crazy.
The Witchwood Piper will always draw the Pogo-Hopper or the Lab Recruiter, which are the core pieces of the combo. That makes it fit really nicely into the strategy. The Fal'dorei Strider also fits into the strategy, due to the heavy draw engine this deck supplies.
