This is what you would mulligan for, in order of priority. The ultimate curve is Serrated Tooth into Sharkfin Fan into HCT, but your other 1 and 2 drops are fine as well.

I’m pretty tired of Odd Rogue, so I’ve been looking to make an aggro pirate rogue. This is just a theorycraft.
