General Mulligans
Against aggro you should go for mistress and doom. Dedly poison is also helpful, even if it doesn't go into the kingsbane, and leeching poison is always good to have, but be careful, you must have stuff to do.
If you are second, Elven Ministrel is GREAT
Kingsbane, shinyfinder are always good.
Southsea has a fine body and can give you that important buff early.
Standard Kingsbane Rogue with N’zoth for extra minions and weapon buffs.
Mistress is helps against aggro, and ooze is mainly for cubelock.
