Maybe not the best possible priest deck, but still something cool to try out. I don’t have all the pieces for this deck (most of the Legends) , but would love to try it out if I could. The deck revolves around playing good minions, and then Resurrecting them back to play. These effects work best with Deathrattles, so many good N'Zoth, The Corruptor-centric cards have been included. Barnes is good for digging out Deathrattles from you deck, or the occasional big minion then can Resurrected later at full size. The deck also plays lots of AoE to fight aggro, but no Doomsayers for obvious reasons. Justicar Trueheart is good for healing up late game, and is great despite his poor synergy with the rest of the deck.

One card I’m debating is Deathwing. It seems very out of place here, but I feel might be good for handling midrange or other control decks (Just make sure to not play him while your opponent has a Sylvanas Windrunner in play, because she definitely has no time for games!).

EDIT: (August 12)

-2x Embrace the Shadow, -2x Twilight Summoner, -1x Deathwing

+2x Auchenai Soulpriest, +2x Injured Blademaster, +1x Infested Tauren

What do you think about insert injured blademaster?
I like the idea of this deck

I like it with the reanimation idea, but for the same silly reason as Auchenai, I chose not to play it because of Barnes.

I get it. best to use a resurrection hoping targets your copy 1/1 deathratle that hope for a copy 1/1 Blademaster. I think you mean that.
I would not say the obvious, however, recall a copy creature, does not mean that you go back to life as 1/1. specifically, Blademaster will return as 4/7 and 4/3 as shifting shade.Deathwing falls as 12/12, even Deathwing dragonlord, but more is synergistic with N’zoth, unfortunately you do not have to remove the area, but I would not play a priest with no cards in hand due to normal Deathwing

I understand and enjoy the criticism. Barnes probably does not belong here, so maybe I’ll cut him, but maybe the better plan is to just keep him but make him a bit more inconsistent.

I’ll cut Deathwing, Embrace the Shadows and a Twilight Summoner for Auchenais and maybe some blademasters or something like that.

My did not want to be critical, I like the priest and wanted to discuss to make the competitive list.
I like the idea of using barnes and also the desire to resurrect tough creatures at low rounds.
Last night I watched a streamer that plays pretty much just a priest, he plays very well, his idea turns on the same mechanics that you thought you. with the next wing of Karazhan says that the deck should have all the cards he needs (barnes + bishop)
He plays in the list Ysera and not play Deathwing.
let me know what you think

For some reason I can’t reply to your newest comment, so I just reply here instead:

Can you link the streamer, because he sounds awesome. Also, what would ysera do here? It’s probably good with barnes and reanimation, but outside of that what does it help with?
